We know how important it is to be able to count on your future. That's why TCB offers a 401(k) plan that can provide income after retirement. All full-time employees are eligible to contribute to their retirement plan at the first month following their date of employment. After one year, TCB will contribute 3% of the employee's annual salary into the plan.

You begin earning vacation time after your first six months of employment. The amount of vacation time that's available to you depends on your length of service, and we recognize up to 11 paid holidays each year.
