Life Insurance
TCB is a family, and that includes your family. We want you to know that they will be taken care of which is why we are proud to offer all of our full-time employees a comprehensive package that includes company-paid, life insurance along with death or dismemberment coverage, for 2.5 times your annual salary, at no cost to you.
Flexible Reimbursement Accounts
Insurance doesn't cover everything, which is why we offer flexible spending accounts and HSA to all full-time employees. These accounts are seeded by the bank every year, and additional contributions are matched to help you save even more pre-tax dollars for unexpected medical expenses.
Retirement Plan
We know how important it is to be able to count on your future. That's why TCB offers a 401(k) plan that can provide income after retirement. All full-time employees are eligible to contribute to their retirement plan at the first month following their date of employment. After one year, TCB will contribute 3% of the employee's annual salary into the plan.
Voluntary Benefits
Our insurance policies are pretty good, but no plan is perfect. Which is why we over additional voluntary benefits to supplement your coverage, including accident insurance, short-term disability, cancer policies, medical bridge, additional life insurance and more. You are also entitled to free or discounted banking products (subject to certain regulatory limitations).

This unique service provides each fulltime TCB employee with personalized healthcare solutions guided by a dedicated health advisor, to help with things healthy living solutions, weight management, mental health, nutrition support, and more.
Paid Vacation
At The Claxton Bank, we understand the value of taking time away from work to refresh and recharge, and we want you to use your vacation time. You begin earning vacation time after your first six months of employment. The amount of vacation time that's available to you depends on your length of service, and we recognize up to 11 paid holidays each year.
